Loreto

Loreto is one of the oldest settlements in the Baja California peninsula, this beautiful destination carries you deep into a Mexico of legends and colonial spendor, whether you're wandering its winding streets, exploring caves and admiring prehistoric cave paintings, or enjoying a dip in the Sea of Cortez. Loreto is guarded by the great Sierra de la Giganta and made up of the stunning Coronado, Del Carmen, Danzante, Monserrat and Santa Catalina islands. You'll enjoy unsurpassable natural surroundings including beautiful beaches, breathtaking cliffs, impressive rock formations. You'll be amazed by the vivid contrast of the deep azure of the sea against the rich greens of island vegatation. There are many nooks and stretches of sand to explore along the beautiful bays, where those with a taste of adventuring can choose between kayaking, snokeling, sailing, and spelunking. Find yourself along the gentle. calm waves of the Sea of Cortez to reach more secluded places such as the gorgeous beaches of Isla Del Carmen, the stunning cliffs and perfect diving conditions of Isla Dazante, or Isla Catalina an ideal excusion for the eco-minded or those who simply enjoy admiring Nature.

You will fly into La Paz and meet all your fellow heart adventurers! You will then be picked up by a member of our team and we will drive you up Baja to Loreto. The drive takes about 5 hours. Yes, we are a bit off the beaten path, but that's part of the beautiful journey of tapping into the unknown inside of us. It begins.....
